We're so excited that you're looking to improve your health, fitness, AND confidence through CrossFit! This one-on-one consultation is hands-down the best way to get started. During your session, you'll chat with a coach about your history and goals, and address any fears or concerns you have. The coach will then have you perform a simple assessment to discover any imbalances or potential weaknesses. (No experience necessary for this!) You'll also have a chance to learn a few foundational CrossFit movements, picked specifically for you by your coach. At the end of your consultation, you and your coach will review notes and talk about the best next steps. AND -- your $50 will be credited to your account for use on any future program or membership!
